Jennifer Hendricks M.F.A.
Jen is a lifelong educator who joined Prep School and College Search in 2016. A former middle and high school English teacher and class advisor for over 20 years, she loves helping students and families with all aspects of the college planning process. Jen knows the value of strong communication skills. As a writer and teacher, she has experience and special expertise in the college essay.
A Connecticut native, Jen and her family recently moved back to the U.S. after living in London where she advised International Baccalaureate students on applying to universities in both the United Kingdom and the United States. As the mother of three teenagers, she has personally experienced the joys and challenges of navigating the world of school choice. She currently lives in Austin, Texas and travels to London, New York, and Connecticut regularly. Her hobbies include sports, travel, reading, and cooking.
